AudioTranscriber.Online provides an automated tool that converts audio and video files into text transcripts using speech recognition technology. The service is offered free of charge, subject to a daily usage limit per visitor.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use this service. By using the tool, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Acceptable Use

When using this service, you agree that you will not:

  • Upload content that is illegal, infringes on someone else's rights, or that you do not have permission to transcribe.
  • Attempt to bypass, automate, or abuse the daily usage limits through scripts, bots, or other technical means.
  • Use the service to process content involving the exploitation or endangerment of minors, harassment, or other clearly unlawful material.
  • Attempt to interfere with, overload, or disrupt the underlying infrastructure of the service.

We reserve the right to block access for any visitor or IP address found to be violating these terms.

4. Free Usage Limits

Each visitor is currently allotted a limited amount of free transcription per day, tracked per IP address and reset daily. These limits may change at any time without prior notice.

5. No Guarantee of Accuracy

Transcripts are generated automatically using artificial intelligence and speech recognition technology. While we aim for high accuracy, no automated transcription service is perfect. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any transcript before relying on it for important, legal, medical, academic, or official purposes.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to the audio, video, and resulting transcripts you upload and generate through this tool. We do not claim ownership over your content. In turn, the design, branding, code, and layout of this website belong to AudioTranscriber.Online and may not be copied or reused without permission.

7. Third-Party Infrastructure

This service relies on third-party infrastructure, including Cloudflare's Workers AI and Turnstile products, to function. We are not responsible for outages, delays, or issues caused by these third-party providers that are outside our control.

8. Limitation of Liability

This service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, AudioTranscriber.Online shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, this service.

9. Changes to the Service

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of this service at any time, including usage limits, supported languages, or available features, without prior notice.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to restrict or block access to any user who violates these Terms and Conditions.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
